IT Support Officer (Up to $2000, Island Wide)
Responsiblities:
- Proficient in MS Office, Email system, O/S like windows 7, Win2000 etc.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
- Provide desk-side support for PC, Notebook, Printer, Lan etc
- Perform routine housekeeping maintenance for PC
- Perform escalation to relevant party on case by case basis
- Handling of IT equipment inventory and compliance check
Requirement:
Min. Nitec/hight Nitec or Diploma in IT(Electronics/Electrical)
SPM passed with relevant experience
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
Customer-service oriented with good communication skills
At least 6 months of experiences will be an added advantage.
